Experience:

• At least 1 year

Graduate / Diploma in any Subject     

• At least 1 year

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing and Telesales.

• Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.

Job Context

Monpura Machineries is sister concern of Monpura Group looking for some young dynamic and enterprising Executive Officer. Having 1 (One) year experience in machinery sales with similar position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be interested to work in Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Router Machine, Wood working & Other Machineries.

• Must have mindset to visit all wood and metal factories.

• Plan, Organize and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective, Planning develop and implementing sales operation and product promotions, Branding and events.

• Collecting regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.

• Building strong network in the segment of traders and end-users.

• Minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.

• Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility

• Collect regular market data, feedbacks & report to Head office;

• Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;
