Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be smart enough to handle GPS Tracker Software, e-commerce-related work like FB page management, social media, google, etc.
∎ Must handle GPS tracker sales & after-sales services.
∎ Perform phone conversations with customers to answer their queries, provide information, and generate sales.
∎ Must be able to handle customers over calls, chats, emails, and face-to-face sales.
∎ Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
∎ Ensure follow-up through emails, phone, or any required means.
∎ Fluent/moderate in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Evening Shift 3 pm to 1 am with 10 pm to 11 pm break and 11 pm to 1 am home office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission 3000 Taka to 5000 Taka
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
