∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be handle GPS tracker sale, account creation, perform trouble ticket solve, after-sales services.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle e-commerce related work like FB page management, social media, and google, etc.
∎ Perform phone conversations with customers to answer their queries, provide information and generate sales.
∎ Must be able to handle customers' over calls, chats, emails, and face-to-face sales.
∎ Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
∎ Ensure follow-up through emails, phone, or any required means.
∎ Fluent/moderate in English.
