∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing & managing for Medical& Diagnostic service
∎ Identifying, exploring ways & initiatives to control cost & generate revenue.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of policies & processes as laid down by the organization.
∎ To ensure compliance with statutory, statistical monthly, quarterly half yearly & annual reports.
∎ Organize Regular meeting with office staff for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure Staffs/Doctors in-out, maintaining as per daily base sheet.
∎ Maintaining Patients relation service
∎ Communication and relation build-up with Business Partners
∎ Monitoring Marketing teams for business develop and new market create.
∎ Managing Logistic/store activities.
∎ Working to create and promote a safe working environment.
∎ Monitoring proper House Keeping, cleanliness in the premises/service areas.
∎ Develop strong relationships with the entire head of departments and service staff to get full support for ensuring the quality services.
∎ Actively participate in continuous improvement processes and participate in audits, patient surveys and evaluations to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
∎ Co-ordinate and co-operation in Operational and Administrative work.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must be well conversant with computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
∎ Must be target oriented and able to fulfill responsibility.
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary: Negotiable
