Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ HSC/ O-Level depend on excellent quality of experience.
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Client Support, Customer Service, Microsoft word and excel, Self motivated, Telemarketing, telesales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and oversee promotional events or display
∎ Develop marketing content for social media and offline as needed
∎ Distribute marketing content to reach the target market
∎ Ensure EDOS online store is fully optimized, customers are served and online deliveries are made on time with full customer satisfaction.
∎ Gentle interaction with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Willing to take responsibility of achieving sales target.
∎ To upsell and cross-sell as per target.
∎ Making Phone Call for Bill Collection.
∎ Provide Customer Support over phone and Email.
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate, solutions and alternative within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Provide superior customer service at all times ensuring customers are happy and fully satisfied with their experience with EDOS, both online and offline.
∎ Deal with complaints from customers in friendly manner.
∎ Monitor stock levels ensuring products are in stock and make Proper Inventory Management & Weekly report to management.
∎ Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
∎ Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
∎ Analyze current client base or target market for the company and devise new ways to expand that client base.
∎ Maintains positive relationships with client to encourage repeat and recurring business.
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences and requirement.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment and ability to meet instant customer needs.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ To inform and sale the product to the potential customers.
∎ To keep sales order and update it through proper order placement process.
∎ Also, you will be responsible for the duties to be assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
