Freight forwarding, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data entry (SOL System)
∎ HBL issue,Print & update to delivery desk
∎ EPB Update to shipper.
∎ MBL- SI/ Release/Surrender
∎ Local /Overseas Invoice
∎ Cost Voucher for stamp, depot,carrier
∎ ISF file collect fm supplier
∎ AMS # Collect fm carrier
∎ ISF File posting to common sever
∎ Pre-alert posting to common server
∎ Daily Job report
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in Freight forwarding industry with thorough knowledge on Ocean Freight documentation for minimum 1 year
∎ Sound working experience of Freight Forwarding software & should be IT savvy
∎ Good Typing speed skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
