∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Assistance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer patients call and interprets and records information.
∎ Preparing and updating patient care plans.
∎ Assigning patient-specific information to the health care service providers.
∎ Overseeing all activities related to equipment maintenance, cleanliness and keeping records.
∎ Connect with various hospital for increase clients
∎ Time to time take feedback from patient/ client and service providers
∎ Manage and create resource of service provider for support patient/client at homecare services.
∎ Perform any other comparable job assigned by immediate supervisor or Department Head.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
∎ Attend clients over phone for support and clarify recommended service
∎ Visit clients house with service provider and execute service related procedure.
∎ Provide on demand home service like, injection push, saline push, dressing, IV Cannula and catheter setup.
∎ Visit prospective clients for understanding necessary service and recommend our services.
