Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support/execute Scientific Engagement activities e.g., advisory board, CMEs and other non-promotional activities and responds to medical enquiries from HCPs.
∎ Working in a scientific and/or clinical research environment and translating scientific or clinical data into compelling messages and review of promotional materials.
∎ Collaboration with Medical institutes/associations/societies/professional bodies to develop scientific/medical education programs.
∎ Strategically prepare and support the development, launch and commercialization of drug products through education of KOLs/Key Partners (marketing, sales).
∎ Contributes to mapping/profiling of KOL/decision makers in line with segmentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Habituated to perform within given timeline
∎ Strong desire for learning new things and new ways of work
∎ Commendable interpersonal skill and long-term relationship building capability with stake holders
∎ Good communication skill, oral and writing, both in English and Bangla
∎ Good ability in using MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure beyond working hours to meet deadlines
∎ Very good persuasive ability and negotiation skill
∎ 'Can Do' attitude
∎ 1-2 years' experience of working in Medical affairs function in a leading pharmaceutical company. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
