∎ M. Sc in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/M.Pharm/MBA/BBA (from reputed Public Universities)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the sales forecast and production plan to ensure optimum inventory-level of finished products
∎ Review, monitor and control the smooth supply of raw materials and packaging materials - for efficient management of production plan
∎ Continuous monitoring of inventory-level of all input materials to establish strong control over supply-lines
∎ Regular monitoring and supervision of the inventory-level of the finished products, to meet the market-demand through effective planning for country-wide dispatch, to meet customers' demand on time
∎ Plan, organize and conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training as a resource person for the development of the junior colleagues
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience is mandatory
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Well conversant with MS-Office
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 33000 (Monthly)
