Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product feasibility study and new product launching and positioning of the portfolio products
∎ Preparation of marketing plan and yearly promotional budget of assigned portfolio
∎ Monitoring of portfolio growth on continuous basis
∎ Monthly closing meeting and feedback to management for assigned portfolio
∎ Screening of competitor's activity through IMS data analysis
∎ Take training classes on assign products
∎ Visit Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/ Doctors to receive feedback on product/ other market issue
∎ Prepare training manual and PPM of own portfolio products and train-up field force
∎ Attend regional sales & marketing meeting and evaluate product wise sales achievement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience in Product Management Department (PMD) of reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skill
∎ Good inter personal & communication skills
∎ Strong in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
