Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily visit various project site and find out the problems related to drawing design,technical fault, quality of materials,safety measures, overall site management etc and note down the findings
∎ Ensure the quality of the work
∎ To monitor the work progress as per schedule
∎ Inform the top management or concerned person of the projects about the problem
∎ Mail all the observation to Management & concerned person
∎ Find out company policy violation or any kind of discrepancy like sub contractor bill, market labor etc
∎ Monitor each QAD circle and prepare report
∎ Attend MRM meeting
∎ Monthly prepare a report of different projects regarding the findings
∎ Project work checking as per construction and structural manual, guideline book, brochure, profile, RAJUK approved drawing, decisions etc

∎ Candidate must have experience to work in related field
