Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BSc/Master’s Degree in any discipline from a reputed institution/University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process purchase requisitions/ orders within purchasing authority; Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
∎ Select suppliers by comparative analysis of prices and works with Concern Dept. to qualify and measure performance in areas of quality, on-time-delivery, technical resources/support and ease of doing business.
∎ Prepare Purchase/Work Orders and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists & Vendor Lists as Well.
∎ Ensuring proper Budget approval for any construction project as pre-requirement of Work Order.
∎ Develop new supplier and manage Supplier performance monitoring - to ensure competitive sourcing; Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness & Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
∎ Monitors significant trends, changes in suppliers, and prices to capitalize on opportunities and/or protect company positions; Maintain Communication with suppliers and following up deliveries & Construction work Progress.
∎ To prepare, update and maintain relevant files, documents, vouchers, invoices / bills of all procurement and ensure payment of dues to parties and reimburse company receivable in time.

∎ Must have experience in Logistics/procurement with Govt. & Private organizations.
∎ Experience in construction sector will get preference.
