Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities for Executive (Logistics)
∎ • All necessary Bank Works/Documentation Works.
∎ • All necessary Tender/EGP related paper works.
∎ • Tender submission & follow-up.
∎ • Maintain all Communication & Documentation process of tender from starting to finish.
∎ • Maintain full time communication with necessary department during Tender Submission Process.
∎ • Follow up whole Tender Process time to time and Daily report to top management
∎ • All kind of Documentation Works.
∎ • All kind of Logistics Works.
∎ • Vat & Tax Related works. Keep leagues with company lawyer & update time to time.
∎ • Land related paper works/lawyer related works.
∎ • Vendor assessment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
∎ • Market visit and new Vendor sourcing.
∎ • Store management.
∎ • Follow up goods receiving report.
∎ • Follow up whole procurement process at time to time and daily report to top management.
∎ • Co-ordinate with entire team.
∎ • Any other works assigned by Management
∎ Job Responsibilities for Site Engineer
∎ • Communicating between the design team and the installation crew to ensure smooth workflow
∎ From start to end point of all projects.
∎ • Communicating with the Top management and colleagues for updates and feedback. Reporting about the progress of the project to the project coordinator
∎ • Candidates will responsible for site supervision, planning, managing & coordinating for completing the project works timely.
∎ • Taking responsibilities of all the problems that arises in the project and solving them timely manner after consulting with coordinator
∎ • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget, time required to meet deadlines.
∎ • Need to ensure all the works related with the project as per design and quality.
∎ • Manpower setting and control at site.
∎ • Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Compensation & Other Benefits: As per company policy.
