Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M Com)
∎ MBA/ M. Com/BBA (Finance & Banking/ Accounting/Economics/SCM) from any reputed University with good academic result.
∎ PGD SCM will get preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Must have a good command of MS Office applications
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Inventory management, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Filtering new Purchase Requisitions raised from factory or user and sorting them based on product and prioritizing based on urgency.
∎ Negotiating with vendors to get favorable price and comparing offers of different vendors.
∎ Communicate and follow up with supplier until products are in house at our factory.
∎ Generating purchase order/work order and follow-up deliveries.
∎ Communicate with store for MRR/GRN, of in housing products.
∎ Making the suppliers understand as per our requirements.
∎ Developing new vendors through market visit about different items as and when necessary.
∎ Keeping records of each and every important documents related with the entire local purchase process.
∎ Liaise with various departments particularly with accounts, audit, vat, maintenance and store.
∎ Submission of bills to Account Department for adjustment.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by department head/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
