Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Purchase Order (PO) as per requirement.
∎ To ensure packaging materials availability as per planning.
∎ To negotiate price to meet the organization’s expectation.
∎ To maintain 100% transparency regarding procurement.
∎ To maintain shade card, art work for new & existing packaging material development.
∎ To follow-up regularly of packaging for maintaining deadline.
∎ To track consignment and confirm the delivery of the same to the stakeholders.
∎ To prepare MIS & cost saving report on monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidate should be sincere, honest, punctual and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ Excellent interpersonal, team building and oral and written communication skills
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic, career oriented and Team player
