Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm from any reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research of Bangladesh local API sales statistics and government policies to consolidate into a feasibility study.
∎ Collect information, Generate ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
∎ Implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
∎ Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues and all related People.
∎ Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
∎ Have to give clarifications about products and services benefits to clients.
∎ Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
∎ Tracks sales data and works to meet sales team goals.
∎ Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
∎ Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers.
∎ Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
∎ Regular basis directly reports to Team leader of Sales & Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience at least 1-2 years.
∎ Excellent in MS Office, Excel, word.
∎ Physical fit and self-motivated individuals.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and oral.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Has to be a team player.
∎ Quick learning capabilities.
