Job Context:

∎ JOB LOCATION: Bangabandhu Memorial Hospital (BBMH), Foy`s Lake, Khulshi, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination all HR & Administrative function of the organization.
∎ To maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
∎ To maintain and update personal file and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
∎ To maintain HR database by recording joining, transfers, separation & changes in the job classifications and update leave information.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment and Selection, wages, and allowances.
∎ Control of receive and dispatch of letters.
∎ Up-keep of the office premises and maintain the safety issue.
∎ Overseeing the housekeeping and proper security system of the Hospital.
∎ Coordination with the others departments for smooth operation of the organization.
∎ Any other task assign by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 with upto date amendment,
∎ Well conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Candidate working or having worked in Hospital management will get preference.
∎ At least 2 to 3 years working experience in Administration.
Salary: Negotiable
