Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Masters from any recognized University.
∎ Professional degree/ Training in procurement/ supply chain management will get preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain, Store/ inventory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecasting & Stock Receive
∎
∎ Help to finalize the monthly stock forecasting
∎ Support to reach Purchase Order & Work Order process on time [prepare, manage approval & circulation]
∎ Reduce reception time for quality improvement
∎ Local emergency procurement [Raw & Pack, Supplies, Mechanical]
∎ Documentation & Reporting
∎
∎ Manage 3-way matching (PO, Challan & Bill) for bill preparation & reduce bill preparation time.
∎ Monitor daily inventory report & weekly stock report.
∎ Consumption variance, Price variance report.
∎ Demand vs supply, quick response time report & System error report.
∎ Inventory Management
∎
∎ Co-ordinate & collaborate with stakes about demand vs supply.
∎ Maintain safety stock.
∎ Ensure good quality product to the department.
∎ Reduce issue time & floor over stock.
∎ Supplier Development
∎
∎ Always sourcing for new supplier & work to supplier development.
∎ Assist for Supplier Evaluation Process
∎ Backup supplier development & keep always in pipeline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English languages
∎ Should be a self-motivated person and willing to work long hours when necessary
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Work with internal Production.
∎ Excellent understanding of inventory management.
∎ Excellent command in Microsoft Office.
