∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for all day to day activity of the inventory including – product/spare Parts/materials receipt, stock issue and record maintenance centrally.
∎ Prepare Comprehensive inventory stock and Delivery Plans Reports.
∎ Monthly Physical cross cheek stock of spare parts inventory and fixed assets.
∎ Coordinate every moment with transport section to ensure delivery as per delivery plan.
∎ Organize for efficient delivery of product and maintain receipts.
∎ Ensure proper Storage of product and materials in coordination with authorized departments.
∎ Submit Weekly, Monthly Delivery & Stock report to reporting boss.
∎ Maintain product delivery challan, bill, voucher and Bin card etc.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead the fellow members.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Technical Knowledge on ERP Software or any other store management software.
∎ Must have experience in Store Management in any IT product sales and distribution company or retail stores.
∎ Strong analytical, technical and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
