We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Executive – Industrial Engineering (IE) for our Sewing Section.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sewing operation bulletins and ensure accurate SMV implementation.
Set daily and process-wise production targets and ensure achievement.
Perform line balancing to optimize manpower utilization and productivity.
Monitor efficiency, production output, and target achievement.
Handle all IE activities for the assigned 4 sewing lines.
Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
