∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ • Diploma in Architecture or Diploma in Civil or Diploma in Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical. (B.Sc. Student will get preference)
∎ • Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, AutoCAD, Furniture and Interior

Job Context:
∎ Looking for: Executive in Designer - Design Team
∎ (Interior Decoration & Furniture)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Must have capabilities of developing new interior & furniture design in AutoCAD and Autodesk 3ds Max.
∎ • Must have knowledge about BOM, BOQ, Bill and other necessary documents regarding sales and R&D.
∎ • Prepare the interior design for Office, Home, Hospital, Hotel etc.
∎ • Sight measurement & prepare plan design by AutoCAD as per Customer requirement and demand under head design
∎ • Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
∎ • Create 3D graphics design & mockup
∎ • Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met
∎ • Utilize computer applications in the design process
∎ • Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional activities through digital media.
∎ • image, info-graphics, website banner, etc. for Web & Social Media advertisements
∎ • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
∎ • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 25 to 32 years
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Have appropriate knowledge of raw materials which can be used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ • Have appropriate knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques to product development.
∎ • Candidates who have work experience in Furniture Manufacturing Factory (especially in Product Design & Development) will be added advantage.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.
∎ • Outline client design objectives.
∎ • Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
∎ • Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
∎ • Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented and work independently (if required).
Salary: Negotiable
