∎ Excellent skill in reporting, power point presentation, MS word, MS excel and computer operating.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare purchase requisition by checking stock availability and actual consumption;
∎ To ensure on time data entry in a right way in oracle system on daily basis;
∎ Ensuring all kinds of technical & stationary materials issue to floor through system generated store requisition;
∎ To follow up approved quarterly budget and prepare purchase requisition as per budget and cost;
∎ To maintain & keep record properly of all delivery Challan, bill & voucher;
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
