Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build business relationships with current and potential clients
∎ Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintain short and long-term business development plans
∎ Prepare and monitor the detailed new products launches plan
∎ Work with cross functional team (internal Customer) and external customer to ensure smooth product launches
∎ Understand client needs and offer the solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
