Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum & Mining Engineering from a reputed public or private university.
∎ M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering and Lead Audition Course (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 1400:1) are preferable.
∎ 2 to 3 years’ of experience in relevant area·
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both written and verbal.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature·
∎ Ability to work under pressure·
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills·
∎ Adaptability

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the effective implementation of the EHS management system, including policy, plans, training, risk assessments, inspections, audits, event management, and analysis.
∎ To ensure appropriate actions are taken in cases of non-compliance.
∎ To provide timely information to the Head of HSEQ regarding any trends identified through analysis.
∎ To ensure an effective EHS subcontractor management and audit program is maintained to monitor compliance with all relevant EHS requirements.
∎ To establish and maintain the EHS training needs analysis and training plan.
∎ To ensure effective EHS communication with all site personnel.      To ensure the effective implementation of the site risk assessment process.
∎ To ensure all EHS events are reported, recorded, and analyzed.
∎ To ensure the full implementation of a just and fair culture in terms of reward and discipline at the site.
∎ To implement and maintain effective emergency plans and site access control procedures.
∎ To assist the Head of HSEQ in collaborating with internal leadership and external regulatory bodies to maintain compliance standards.
