∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Preparation of Payroll which include calculation of income tax, PF and other deductions for employees to make TDS.
∎ Preparation of special payments like bonus, incentives, annual increments etc.
∎ Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy.* * Process joining of new employees, background check and update HRIS.
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
