Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
∎ To maintain connection with Merchants & Collectors for product collection.
∎ Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in services
∎ Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints
∎ Coordinate supply chain process.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Contact with customers if required.
∎ Take all necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.
∎ Any other tasks given by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ If candidates not able to work long hour no need to apply
∎ Job posting would be Tongi area , so candidates must be located at tongi or near tongi.
∎ If you are not able to work late in night no need to apply
∎ Tongi / gazipur located candidates will get High Priority
