∎ Timing: 8 pm to 6 am (Night Shift)
∎ Job Location: Lalmatia

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
∎ To maintain connection with Merchants & Collectors for product collection.
∎ Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in services
∎ Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints
∎ Coordinate supply chain process.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Contact with customers if required.
∎ Take all necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.
∎ Any other tasks given by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ If candidate not able to come office during Lockdown no need to apply.
∎ If candidates not able to work in night shift no need to apply
∎ Job posting would be Lalmatiya / Mohammadpur Area in dhaka city.
∎ Computer literacy - MS Word , excel, Internet , email
∎ Experienced (Fulfillment /Operations, Courier company or in any Ecommerce Site ) candidates will get high preference
Salary: Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)
