Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all clients, visitors, guests, and employees into the front office in a professional manner.
∎ Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
∎ Guest/visitor, messaging, and reminders for concerned officers.
∎ Receive letters, messages, and documents from time to time and hand over those to the concerned persons.
∎ Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents, and dispatch them to concerned authorities by keeping records.
∎ Documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams.
∎ Operates PABX, and FAX, answers, and transfers calls to appropriate units.
∎ Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers.
∎ To maintain the record of incoming and outgoing parcels.
∎ Responsible for placing outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
∎ Responsible for basic data entry as assigned.
∎ Maintains and stocks basic office supplies.
∎ Any other related responsibility assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Ability to withstand workload.
∎ Ability to go on with teamwork.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
