Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner.
∎ Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
∎ Guest / visitor, messaging and reminders for concerned officers.
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons.
∎ Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams.
∎ Operates PABX, FAX, answers and transfers calls to appropriate units.
∎ Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers.
∎ To maintain the record of incoming and outgoing parcel.
∎ Responsible for placing outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
∎ Responsible for basic data entry as assigned.
∎ Maintains and stocks basic office supplies.
∎ Any other related responsibility assigned by authority.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ On-time and regular attendance.
∎ Good conduct.
∎ Ability to withstand workload.
∎ Ability to go on with teamwork.
∎ Willingness to develop professional skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ At least 01 year of experience in a similar position.
