Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet & greet guests and extend the required support.
∎ Receive phone calls and convey the message to the concerned person.
∎ Maintain and update employee’s movement record/register.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping and canteen management.
∎ Record and issue gate pass for the outgoing items.
∎ Proactively provide logistics support to the employees.
∎ Process administrative bill on time.
∎ Any other job related to role assigned by the supervisor/management.
