Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and schedule appointments.
∎ Maintain contact list.
∎ Arrange Board meeting & serve notice to all directors and also prepare Board resolution.
∎ Support all travel and logistics arrangement for the overseas visitors and foreign guests.
∎ Take cost control measure in the operational and administrative head.
∎ Purchase all supplies, stationery and others items as per requisition.
∎ Printing of Letter head, Money Receipt, Debit Vouchers, Credit Vouchers as per requisition
∎ Repair and maintenance of all office fixed assets and others fittings.
∎ Inventory management (maintain log book for inventory) and initiate procurement works on time.
∎ Update Employees files- like Job Circular, Offer Letter, Confirmation, Increment letter, Resignation letter
∎ Leave management, arrange lD card, Business card & email for new employees
∎ Handling all grievance related issue of Employees and solve it with the help of top management.
∎ Website management and ensure security of all PCs & laptop including back up of all data on monthly basis properly.
∎ Maintain work register as per work order/Agreement & reconcile with Accounts department on weekly basis.
∎ Any other related assignment as requested by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years' experience in related field are preferable.
∎ Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
∎ Must be smart, good looking, well-organized.
∎ Should be proactive and show positive attitude & problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command in English
∎ Skilled in MS office
