Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the fire-fighting system of the whole premises is perfectly alright.
∎ To ensure and monitor automatic fire detection system and suppression equipment installation.
∎ Taking the initiative to install or arrange necessary equipment for the factory by collaborating with Superior another dept.
∎ To take initiative as per requirement or observation from legal entities.
∎ To check, test, and update all automatic Fire Safety equipment on a routine basis and ensure maintenance of all related documents.
∎ To investigate fire incidents and take necessary preventive action.
∎ To conduct regular fire risk assessments and ensure that all buildings sheds warehouse sites are fire hazard-free.
∎ Conduct a regular risk assessment of the complex and take necessary corrective measures steps in consultation with, the concerned authority under the guidance of the Fire Safety Manager.
∎ Ensure necessary safety precautionary measures i.e. PPE before hot work welding cutting on the premises.
∎ Visit the hot workplaces from time to time and take necessary steps if any unsafe situation is observed.
∎ Conduct all necessary drills and training of coworkers employees or subordinates regularly as regards general fire safety rules procedures or FSCD, BGMEA buyer, RSC, NIRAPON-2 requirements. Ensures that all fire Detection & protection systems like smoke detectors fire alarms, sprinklers, etc. are installed properly as per RSC,NIRAPON, NFPA, BNBC Standard, and functional always.
∎ To prepare, update and maintain emergency evacuation, door maps and aisles marking are readily available.
