Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of process machineries
∎ Ensure running of machines/equipments on agreed efficiencies and ensure maximum utilization in production units
∎ Participate in installation, commissioning, qualification & validation of machineries and equipments as per standard
∎ Ensure proper inventory of process machineries & spare parts
∎ Maintain engineering history file, engineering drawings and other validation documents
∎ Prepare and review engineering SOP, EOP, and conduct training for staffs
∎ Prepare Users Requirement Specification (URS) and necessary qualification protocols
∎ Perform installation & commissioning of process & utility machineries
∎ Perform planning, supervision & execution of works at site
∎ Prepare necessary BOQ as per drawing, design and specification
∎ Carry-out technical evaluation of offers to select suitable contractors
∎ Supervise & guide the operators, fitters & helpers
∎ Do on site monitoring of contractor work progress and take corrective actions.
∎ For Process
