Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sterile facility maintenance in any reputed pharmaceuticals company.
∎ Sound knowledge about SAP, MES, PLC, SCADA, Process Automation etc.
∎ Hands on experience in Sterile equipment’s maintenance.
∎ Team player with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
∎ Good communication skill in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of installation & commissioning of Solid/Sterile manufacturing unit machineries.
∎ Supervise & guide the daily electro-mechanical troubleshoot, Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and maintain its record.
∎ Ensure running of machines/equipment’s on agreed efficiencies and ensure maximum utilization in production units.
∎ To responsible for execution of the preventive & breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Pro-active involvement in QMS activities to ensure on time closing CR, CAPA,
∎ Deviation and Risk Assessment etc.
∎ Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

∎ Job responsibilities:
