Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (From reputed Universities)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Engineering:
∎ Involve directly in the preventive, breakdown maintenance work and validation of HVAC, Purified water system
∎ Supervise the daily electro-mechanical repair & maintenance work of maintenance team (HVAC) and maintain its record
∎ Prepare requisition of machine spare parts
∎ Ensure running of machines/equipments on agreed efficiencies and ensure maximum utilization in production units
∎ Participate in installation, commissioning, qualification & validation of machineries and equipments as per standard
∎ Ensure proper inventory of process machineries & spare parts
∎ Maintain engineering history file, engineering drawings and other validation documents
∎ Prepare and review engineering SOP, EOP, and conduct training for staffs
∎ Supervise & guide the junior colleagues
∎
∎ For Validation & Calibration:
∎ Performing qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) of newly installed utility, facility, equipment & machineries of solid & aseptic manufacturing area
∎ Conducting preparation of qualification/ re-Qualification protocol of utility, facility, equipment & machineries of solid & aseptic manufacturing area as per scheduled timeline of VMP
∎ Completing qualification activities according to Validation Master plan
∎ Performing & supervising of all types of calibration activity, maintain schedule & follow up schedule
∎ Preparing protocol for Thermal mapping of different types of storage areas i.e. FG warehouse, RM warehouse, freezer, refrigerator, incubator, Stability chamber, cold room etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 years of relevant factory work experience is preferred but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
∎ Well conversant in MS Office
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
∎ Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position
∎ Capable to work in a team and in shifting environment
