∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed public institution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BoQ and Budget for project and maintenance works.
∎ Requisition of construction materials through SAP
∎ Preparation of conceptual drawings of various projects and maintenance works.
∎ Execution of compliance related requirements.
∎ Preparation of periodic building maintenance work list and executing them through approved guideline.
∎ Maintaining checklist for identifying overloading in the buildings under load management program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ For B.Sc 3 - 4 years and for Diploma 8 - 10 years of experience in industrial sector is must.
∎ The ideal candidate should have good skills in Auto CAD & MS office package.
