We're expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Engineer to strengthen our solar PV inverter servicing and project design capabilities. ∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Inverter Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with solar PV inverters efficiently.
∎ Supplier Communication: Liaise effectively with inverter suppliers, providing feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements based on local environmental conditions.
∎ After-Sales Service: Provide excellent after-sales support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with inverter performance.
∎ Policy Development: Develop and implement robust troubleshooting and after-sales service policies, including comprehensive record-keeping.
∎ Project Design & Installation Support: Contribute to the design and installation of various solar projects, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standards.
∎ Desired Skills & Qualifications:
∎ Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), with a strong focus on the power sector.
∎ Technical Expertise: Proven experience in solar PV inverter servicing and troubleshooting.Leadership Potential: Ability to develop leadership skills and guide a team effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
