Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the implementation of the projects such as plan, drawing and specification analysis, survey and layout of the works, construction supervision of all costs of project development related work such as piling, materials procurement by proper channel.
∎ To prepare construction plan, work schedule, Budget.
∎ Experience on Residential, Industrial & Commercial building Construction project (Both RCC building and steel Prefab building, Drain, Retaining wall, Road etc. product) who capable to do target construction project within target time will be financially encouraged additionally.
∎ Participate in construction research, prepare analytical report and to assist line manager setting business plan.
∎ Arrange site progress meeting and visit project regularly from Head office.
∎ Weekly progress Report, monthly micro work program, achievement calculation, closing report, delay report, cost analysis, follow up check list, due work list prepare, sales or income statement prepare.
∎ Monitoring and management of site staff.
∎ To assist line manager in operational project management.
∎ To calculate loss and profit, shutter design, wastage control technique implementation at site, training to site engineer, co-ordination with supply chain for timely materials delivery, check materials quality and checking test report, concreting work.
∎ As this is high pressure and responsibility post, only dynamic candidate are encourage to apply. Candidate must have both structural and finishing work experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience 2-3 years of experience of relevant sector.
∎ Experience in Auto Cad 2D & 3D, Estimation Computer Knowledge (Word & Excel) & Sound IT Knowledge
∎ Excellent Communication skills in English & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
