Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure new project machinery commissioning and testing and follow up electrical & utility operation and maintenance.
∎ Maintain preventive/scheduled maintenance program in all areas both of electrical and utility system to ensure smooth supply of Utility.
∎ Supervise & ensure regular maintenance works & schedule maintenance of Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station etc.
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, assemble and handle of electrical & utility problems.
∎ Prepare factory for facing different audits like Accord/RSC, Alliance, Bureau Veritas along with specific brands req. & other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in electrical load calculation, single line diagram (SLD), electrical layout design, LPS, FDS & FPS etc.
∎ Capable to work independently of all engineering works i.e., installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of all electrical equipment’s.
∎ Monitor and supervise all electrical and electromechanical works and report to senior management on regular basis.
∎ Ensure continuous support to service providers to ensure machine installation and troubleshooting.
∎ Should have knowledge on Electrical design, drawing, control circuits and PLC.
∎ Ensure all electrical works, setup and installation as per BNBC and RSC.
∎ Respond to machine/equipment breakdowns by diagnosing faults and therefore taking corrective actions.
∎ Ensure PPE and maintain safety legislation at workplace.
∎ Prepare maintenance reports and update management on a regular basis.
