Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor Substation, Generator, Boiler, Air Compressor, RO Plant, Water Pumps, Lifts, AC, VRF system etc.
∎ Supervise repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
∎ Implementation & ensuring of all engineering modification & servicing works as per production demand.
∎ Plan, schedule and ensure execution of preventive maintenance activities of all machines & equipment.
∎ Monitor and carryout preventive and breakdown maintenance work of Washing, Dyeing and Dryer machines and generate maintenance report.
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Higg, RSC, Nirapon and other relevant buyers CAP. Updating CAP, Prepare & maintain all kind of log book, Audit related reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
∎ Responsible for modification/renovation of all types of work like Factory As built SLD (Electrical), ELD,LPS, Substation Load Management, Industrial load calculation and distribution for new load connection, BBT Renovation/new installation etc.
∎ Monitor IR test report, Earth Pit test report, and Thermographic survey report.
∎ Implementation of electrical & fire safety related works required by buyers, audit firms and sustainably department.
∎ Plan, schedule & arrange electrical safety trainings for engineering staff and helper. Ensure safe work practice and safety.
∎ Communicate and liaising effectively with colleagues (inter-unit/department), contractors/suppliers, various government agencies to complete all the work for the utility department.
∎ Checking and preparing documents to ensure Factory licenses (BEPZA, BERC, DOE, and GOVT.)
∎ Manage and records required production and machinery spare parts.
∎ Prepare & submit requisition and collect essential spares & goods for respective machines.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Sub-Station, BBT, PLC, VFD, Design & Drawing of SLD and ELD.
∎ Proficiency in Auto CAD software, MS office especially in Excel, Internet & E- mailing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
