Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth operation of HT and LT equipment in 11KV/400V power substation
∎ To ensure the assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
∎ Responsible for all kinds of electrical operation and maintenance of all electrical drives, power substation, boiler, compressor, firefighting system, panel boards, motor controls & Normal lighting and other electrical installations
∎ Maintain schedule & preventive maintenance, repairing of machines and also breakdown maintenance.
∎ To ensure all necessary documents are prepared for AUDIT of different buyers.
∎ Repair and maintain all electrical & instrumentation equipment as required for supporting the plant operation.
∎ Prepare & submit requisition and collect essential spares & goods for respective machines.
∎ To assist higher management with the evaluation of the performance of the equipment.
∎ To comply with all operations & maintenance procedures, instructions, Contact Management processes and to discharge responsibilities related to Environment, Quality and Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
∎ Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in Design & Drawing of SLD and ELD, Electronic Systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Electronic Testing Design, Project Management ability, VFD and Auto CAD software.
∎ Good Technical & Organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in both written & spoken English.
∎ Strong interpersonal & leadership ability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel, Internet & E-mailing.
