Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up Agent and market demand regularly, Communicate with Marketing Officers (MO), Collection Officers, Assistant Sales Officers (ASO), Assistant Sales Managers (ASM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Senior Managers, and General Managers to achieve the target
∎ Always contract with our honorable agent and fulfill their demand.
∎ Received all demand from agents & entry all demand in the ERP software system.
∎ Preserve demand book of short items or no stock and justify for real demand.
∎ Make a Primary challan list depending on analysis from last year's net sell and present collection.
∎ Put low return to ensure the highest sell from analysis all subject about present sales target, agent demand & last year sell.
∎ Regularly given information to agents about publications, new book prices & bonus basis of new editions.
∎ Communicate with the R & D Department (Research & Development) for the Book.
∎ To ensure timely in-house booking by communicating with Production & Supply Chain Department
∎ Always follow up to ensure delivery of books timely with the warehouse in charge & transport department.
∎ In spite of the Sales & Marketing team, also communicate with SMO Department (Sale monitoring) for how can improve market condition day by day against other competitors.
∎ For bank collection regular contract with the agent, negotiate with them, and try to increase
∎ collection according to commitment.
∎ All bank collection is sent to the Accounts Department regularly.
∎ Return schedule informs to agent and complete return according to timely.
∎ Return has to be sure low rank by short item book or excess book return from agent also with internal transfer between agent and agent & also between Agent and MO
∎ Collect Specimen demand from Sales & Marketing department and sent book according to them.
∎ Various types of Promotional items are sent to the Sales & Marketing Department.
∎ Duration of Final Closing Year, Final Closing statement & other papers make ready for agent and complete all related closing work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert MS Office
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
