• Should have thorough knowledge on each & every production process and capable to manage all factory operations effectively

• Should be self-motivated and result oriented

• Should be well conversant with computer applications

Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments Industry is looking for potential candidate for the position of Executive Director (Marketing & Operation).

Prime Job Location for the position is at factory, Gazipur and Dhaka. Frequent Buyer/ Buying House visit is also required for order procuring.

The factory is having Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing (120 Lines), Printing, Embroidery & Washing facilities and exporting 3.0 – 3.5 million pieces garments in each month.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall activities of Marketing & Merchandising department, make effective buyer communication and ensure timely shipment of goods as per schedules.

• The candidate also have to manage the overall operational activities of the factory wherever required. He will coordinate the activities related to planning, supply chain and production (knitting, dyeing, garments cutting, sewing, packing, printing, embroidery, washing etc.) in connection with timely shipment of the garments.

Candidates having minimum 15 years of hands on experience in managing Marketing & Operational activities in large knit composite Garment Industry are only encouraged to apply.
