Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Discipline; preferably in Business Administration/Public Administration/Management from a Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Operation, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Multinational Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper operation and function of the Company.
∎ To ensure proper coordination with SAMSUNG, BTRC and other relevant Agencies.
∎ To ensure proper coordination among all Departments of the Company.
∎ To lead, direct, control, monitor and guide the overall activities of the Company.
∎ To review the different Reports submitted by various Departments of the Company.
∎ To contribute and maintain a congenial working environment inside the Company.
∎ To be concerned and proactive about creative & innovative ideas for generating revenue of the Company.
∎ To be concerned and proactive to protect all interests of the Company.
∎ To maintain good relationship with all Compliance & Regulatory Agencies of the Company.
∎ To be intelligent, skilled, courageous, bold and in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired situation of the Company independently.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on implementation of KPI & SOP.
∎ Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
