Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduates/ Post Graduates from BUET.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 22 to 25 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent has to be responsible for overall on-going development projects and new construction project of the group having operation in different locations around Dhaka City,
∎ He has to give proper guideline and technical solutions to his team according to the BNBC Guideline and applicable international Standards.
∎ He has to prepare and present the Project Proposals to the Management and obtain the final approval describing the ins and outs.
∎ He has to play a vital role in technical guidance to the procurement team for perfect in-housing of the materials.
∎ Follow up Time and Action plan.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

∎ Experience in Industrial Construction is Must.
∎ Strong communication in English.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skill.
