∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and review commercial strategic decisions on weekly, monthly and yearly basis in accordance with the Ha-Meem Group's overall business mission and vision.
∎ Supervise and ensure assigned tasks are completed by the team relating to local and foreign import and export, banking and insurance, UD & EPB, documentation and overall coordination in accordance with commercial SOPs.
∎ Maintain liaison with concern departments as regards to import of raw materials and export of finished products to the respective buyers.
∎ Ensure validation/renewal of bonded warehouse license from Tax Commissioner's Office including indemnity and undertaking, etc.
∎ Ensure preparation of relevant documents relating to C&F, if and when required.
∎ Make sure that 'Insurance Coverage Note', PI and all such other documents meet all the formalities and requirements as specified by the banks for L/Cs.
∎ Arrange for receiving notification from Bank about the document received against shipment; confirm the payment and get the document released from the bank for clearing goods.
∎ Arrange for tasks related to ERC and IRC and obtain No Objection from previous banker (if required)
∎ Ensure forwarding copies of importation documents to Merchandising, Finance & Accounts, and respective Units of the Ha-Meem Group.
∎ Ensure handing over relevant documents to Operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
