Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Analyze and identify market requirements for current and future activities by conducting market research supported by visits to customers such as pharmacies, G.P, Specialist Doctors & Diagnostic centers, Clinic, Hospital etc.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ MacroHealthPlus is an Australian Software company is looking for young, dynamic and energetic Customer Service Executive for their health-related software. As a customer service person, you are responsible for customer services, arranging meetings, collecting contacts, ensuring sales, and overall meeting the sales target.
