Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with customers over phone and email.
∎ Answering customer query on time.
∎ Handling customer complaints and providing necessary solutions as per company policy.
∎ Follow up communication for collections and documents.
∎ Overseeing sales, promotions and other activities to achieve the target.
∎ Proactive & committed to accomplish the objective that is defined by the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experiences with related industry or Call Center is preferred.
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Able to write business letters.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
∎ Should be good in interpersonal communications.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
