Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving booking from customer and prepare necessary documents relevant to a shipment.
∎ Maintaining good relation with local customer to get the work done.
∎ Coordinating with overseas agents to execute a shipment from start to end.
∎ Maintain good relation with Shipping lines/Airlines and operation people.
∎ Sending booking to carrier to secure space and drive to manage required space/equipment.
∎ Preparing all kinds of invoices.
∎ Need to play a good role with teammates.
∎ Should try hard to solve a problem independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skill especially fluent in English (Writing & Speaking).
∎ Should have adaptability and can work under pressure.
∎ Have sound knowledge on documentation and working processes.
∎ Energetic, sharp and tactful.
