Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine customer needs and desire by doing research and analysis.
∎ Daily corresponding with local buyers or customers.
∎ Follow up claim report and solve the case by taking help of sales executives as early as possible to close the case.
∎ Follow up E-mail and continue conversation regarding particular issues of sales with the concern person to solve it.
∎ Assist Commercial executive to confirm LC,TT and Shipment related documents.
∎ Follow up client's update and also clarify the situation over phone or e-mail.
∎ Collection of all data regarding sales issues and update it time to time.
∎ Capturing customer feedback.
∎ Prepare sales report.
∎ Any other task assigned by concern management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skill : Verbal and written in English

Salary: Negotiable
